Shipping policy

 

All of our products which are marked as in stock will take around 2-3 working days to dispatch, not including weekends or in the event of Scottish or UK Bank Holidays. This may extend during busy periods, but we will always keep customers informed whenever we can of any delays to shipping. Currently, orders typically arrive within 3-4 working days.

At the moment, we only take orders on our website from the United Kingdom - for orders outside of the United Kingdom, contact us by messaging us on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok (@lunarselfcareco) for a quote.

UK Deliveries

For all orders within the UK and outside our local delivery area, we will post your order using either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 (depending on the shipping option selected). If you have any preference for how your order is shipped, get in contact with us before the order is shipped or place a note in your order with your preference and we can accommodate. We may temporarily remove particular shipping options if delays are expected; such as in the event of prolonged industrial action. 

Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days - not including weekends or bank holidays and notify us as soon as possible of any damages (such as broken/chipped glass or leaks). We may ask you to provide us with pictures of the damaged item(s) to pass on to the courier and we will re-send your order as soon as we are informed. In the event that we cannot replace your order, a refund will be issued.

Local Deliveries

Due to our growing market schedule, we are only able to offer local deliveries on a case-by-case basis. For this, send us a message on our Facebook/Instagram pages once your order has been placed, and if we are able to deliver, we will refund any shipping paid. 

We currently offer local deliveries to those around the Erskine, Bishopton, Inchinnan, Paisley and Renfrew areas, and we offer collections from all of our markets.
